Brief Introduction:

The iqualitrol iPol-302AC is a touchscreen-controlled, single-point center-press, double-disc dual-control, automatic metallographic grinding and polishing machine.

The double-disc dual-control automatic metallographic grinding and polishing machine is convenient and fast to operate, suitable for the entire metallographic processing of specimens, including rough grinding, fine grinding, rough polishing, and fine polishing.

The iqualitrol iPol-302AC can fix six specimens at a time, features sensor control, high automation, and user-friendly design, greatly reducing labor input.

Regardless of the method, it is all aimed at obtaining a specimen surface that is free of deformation and suitable for analytical testing. When selecting the abrasive particle size for the initial grinding, it only needs to be able to smooth the surface and remove the damage layer caused by cutting on the surface.

Each subsequent step should gradually reduce deformation while also removing the damage caused by the previous step. Sufficient lubricant, usually water, should be maintained throughout to minimize the deformation layer as much as possible.
